Why I Do This Work

For years, For a long time, I didn't know I was running on stress hormones. From the outside, I was doing all the "right" things. On the inside, I was stuck: bingeing, then restricting. Pushing through brutal workouts, then crashing on the couch for days. Trying to eat perfectly, then swinging hard into "forget it" mode.

I dealt with binge eating for over a decade. I kept trying to fix it with the next plan, the next cleanse, the next 30-day challenge. None of it lasted. Underneath it all: shame, digestive issues, skin flare-ups, and being tired in a way that sleep didn't fix.

The thing that actually changed things was realizing my body didn't feel safe. I wasn't broken, I was stuck in survival mode, and my nervous system was running the whole show, hormones and digestion included.

That's when things actually started to shift. I stopped chasing quick fixes and started paying attention to what my body actually needed: nourishment without the obsession, a calmer nervous system, and a root-cause approach that held up over time.

This is exactly why I became a Certified Nutritional Practitioner. Over the last 4 years, I've worked with many women through this same process, and watched them get to a place that they didn't think was possible.

I've lived this, and I've walked alongside a lot of women through the exact same cycle. My work now is helping women stop fighting their bodies and start feeling at home in them again, because taking care of yourself was never supposed to feel like a second job.
